Creating a unique, dynamic and consistent visual system

Ashoka is an international NGO dedicated to identifying and supporting social entrepreneurs. This group includes not only businesspeople but also non-working wives, mothers, and college students who aspire to make a positive impact in their communities. Ashoka refers to these individuals as "Changemakers."

We are collaborating with Ashoka Indonesia to enhance their visual identity both online and offline.

The Challenge:

Ashoka has a basic and formal brand guideline that doesn't reflect the organization's vibrant personality. Their diverse target audiences include government institutions, corporations, young people, and families across urban and rural areas. To communicate effectively with these varied groups, Ashoka needs a dynamic yet consistent voice. Additionally, they require multiple design templates for presentations, print materials, social media, events, and more to maintain brand consistency. Since they lack an in-house designer, we need to develop easy-to-use design templates for their team.

The Solution:

Given Ashoka's inclusive nature and broad audience, we will create dynamic, friendly illustrations that balance uniqueness and professionalism. It is essential to convey the brand's maturity, reflecting its long-standing history and development.

To achieve visually engaging materials, we will design a series of graphic elements, including modern-style illustrations, various geometric details, and several stickers to enhance the overall dynamism.

We will also prepare these design elements and assets in multiple formats, including Microsoft and Canva, making it easy for their team to apply them across different platforms. These assets will help Ashoka maintain brand consistency while avoiding monotonous communications.
